Los cuartos cuentan con lo necesario, muy tranquilo nada de ruido solo un poco más de mantenimiento al sistema de plomería.
Honestidad es una virtud que en muy pocos lugares vas a encontrar y la administración de este hotel me mostro que existe este valor. Deje olvidado mi celular desde las 6 pm y hasta las 9:30 pm recordé que lo deje olvidado. Active la ubicación y esta en el hotel, realize el bloqueo y manquede mensaje pasaria en 1 hora y me lo entregaron. No saben la alegria qué senti y quise dar una gratificación y no me la aceptaban porque me comentaron que es un negocio familiar y que la honestidad ante todo. Denle una oprtunidad a este hotel porque hoy en día es casi imposible encontrar gente honrada.
Una excelente opción para hospedaje en Puebla, ya sea por cuestión de viaje o de trabajo, precio accesible, pero sobretodo una excelente atención de su personal, habitaciones amplias, muy muy limpias, el único pequeño detalle no tiene wifi, pero la estancia es muy placentera ya que es muy tranquilo, factura a tiempo.
Económico la verdad para el precio y el lugar es muy aceptable, único detalle fue la cama , ya que el colchón es demasiado duro pero es de esperarse por el precio no digo que no sea cómodo pero tampoco está mal , volveré otra vez ↔
